Here's this week's stock watch list. The stocks to watch this week are: PLTR, DRI, MSFT, LOB, NKE, TWLO, PW, IIPR, REGI, BEP, NPI.TO, CAT, PENN, GDX, and GILD. 1. Palantir (PLTR)Here's a daily chart of PLTR. It's supporting off the 9 EMA so far (orange line) and created a support around $25. Below is a 130-minute chart of PLTR to show more detail. If volume picks up to the upside, this can retest previous highs. 2. Darden Restaurants (DRI)Supporting off the 20 EMA, stop loss under 110, target near $119. 3. Microsoft (MSFT)MSFT weekly chart. It's supporting off the 20 EMA which has proven to be a profitable entry point in the past. 4. Live Oak Bancshares (LOB)LOB starting to make another move to the upside but it needs to clear around $44.50 area on good volume. 5. Nike Inc. (NKE)NKE sitting on its 9 EMA right now. We're waiting for a confirmation reversal candle (for example, a bullish engulfing candle) for a long entry. Nothing for now. 6. Twilio (TWLO)If TWLO is really about to make a break out move, then it won't break below the previous days' low ($330) so if there's a good long entry Monday, that would be the stop loss level. 7. Power REIT (PW)Low-float marijuana REIT approaching resistance, but it may be able to break out to at least $30.50 if volume comes in. 8. Innovative Industrial Properties (IIPR)Another marijuana REIT displaying a similar pattern that we've had on our watch list a few weeks ago. If this breaks out, the target would be about $180. 9. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD)No position. Going to see if it holds support at $89, which was a previous resistance level. 10. Renewable Energy Group (REGI)Bull flag that can hit $75 on a break out. On watch for now. 11. Brookfield Renewable (BEP)BEP has to clear $59 on decent volume, and then it can retest the highs. Support around $55-56. 12. Northland Power (NPI.TO)Northland Power similar to the chart above, except it has to clear $44.75. Long this name from $33 still holding. 13. Caterpillar (CAT)Last week, we outlined our thoughts on CAT, you can see them here. Long story short, this looks bullish. 14. Penn National Gaming (PENN)PENN broke out on decent volume last week but failed to follow through so far. It may need a few days to base before going higher. Wouldn't be long under $71. 15. Gold Miner Index ETF (GDX)Gold and gold miners still not looking too bullish. This can continue down to $31.50 support. 16. Gilead Sciences (GILD)Bear flag, not looking too great for GILD. Will it make a new low? Need Charting Software? A great charting platform that we would recommend for serious traders is Tradingview.
